Shipping/handling to Germany (registered airmail with tracking code) - USD5.50
Total - USD 16.10
I accept PAYPAL cash or bank transfer. If u pay using credit card linked PAYPAL account, there will be a 5% surcharge imposed by PAYPAL. Let me know ur decision.
